  My daughter purchased three pictures from them one of them was in stock which we brought home the other two had to be ordered. After getting the other two home we realised that their was glue dripped all over the picture, glitter and stones where also missing so my daughter took them back the next day and was told that because they where "CUSTOM MADE" there was nothing they could do even though they where clearly faulty. Luckily my daughter stood her ground and was offered the same two pictures that the shop had in (which had all the glitter and stones attached and no glue marks on). It's a shame I was going to order a £1000 dining table from them but won't be doing that now.

  Ordered a bed for my daughter and they were very helpful and friendly, bed arrived on time and she is very happy, would definitely shop there again.

  My sister waited 6 minths for 4 dining chairs and the quality is terrible i also Placed an order for a table 300 and a lamp 130 paid 50 deposit but due to my Grandad surprising me with the table for my new house I asked to change my order to still purchase the lamp and maybe ad other things On, women on the phone was not helpful at all and instead wound me up untill I retaliated and shouted back, trying to speak to me like a child I would not reccomend any 1 to buy from this shop!!!! I have found the lamp in another store down wallsend for 45pound cheaper and service was fantastic! PLEASE DON'T SHOP HERE! You will only be robbed of tour money in the long run
