Flowers were ordered lunchtime on Monday and I'd requested same day but thought it unlikely. A very nice staff member, I didn't catch his name rang to advise the particular flowers weren't available that day, I could have an alternative or have the requested flowers the following day. I asked for them to be delivered next day. In the past I've had florists just substitute flowers and / or sending them on a different day, without contacting me. Absolutely great customer service, recipients very happy with the flowers. Will definitely recommend them.
