    department 5 mins later still waiting(rang bell three or four times) when guy came asked what the problem was. told him. took it away said it could take up to five working days, two weeks later rang to say it would cost £140 to repair,only cost £180 new. collected it later that day, took it calllerton garden centre 20minutes later all sorted £20
