  Not sure we can put into a few words how happy we have been with our service from Mercedes Benz, Newcastle. We came into the branch in November looking for a new car for my husband. He collected it three weeks later and I collected mine four weeks after that! Mine wasn’t planned! I think that is proof at just how happy we were with our service!! Anna Rainey was simply amazing. Literally from the moment we entered the showroom that first day, to the moment I drove mine away. She could not have been more helpful and more lovely. She's a keeper and I sincerely hope she is there to help us with our next car. You are made to feel like a friend from the start and we cannot compliment her and the team enough - special thanks must also go to Chris and Steven. Our first Mercedes Benz cars and we know they won't be our last. Happy, happy, happy!

  My wife and I recently bought a E Class Estate from you on the 13th of Feb. The sales person who dealt with us was Sean Smith, we found him to be very very helpful and a very pleasant person. Any query we had about the car he answered with ease. He completed all the paper work with ease for us and made the whole process effortless. I must say that we think he is a credit to Newcastle Mercedes. In fact we found all of the staff that we came in to contact with pleasant and helpful. Although we are some 100 miles away in Yorkshire as and when we require another car we would not hesitate in coming back to you.
