  A mixed experience really, in the store the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable with a huge choice of frames and mattresses and whilst we had a budget in mind, unfortunately we did end up spending quite a lot more than we wanted but we ended up with our dream bed. They let us try out all of the mattresses in the store, we just told the staff what we wanted and they showed us all the mattresses that suited our requirements. I'm not sure whether I got confused or they did, we paid for the bed and I'm sure the man said they would call us on Thursday to say for sure when our delivery would arrive but that it would most likely be Friday as they had both the frame and the mattress in stock. I had been recommended to use this store by friends and family so that's why we went here, anyways Thursday arrived and as it was getting later and later I had no phone call from them. I then rang the store to ask when my delivery would arrive and rather alarmingly the lady had no record of our order! We had just spent the best part of £700 and she was telling me there was no record of it! When we did the order in store there was no computer system to log orders, it was simply written down on a notepad. I strongly suggest that you move your business into the 21st century and start using computers to record orders so that they can easily be traced as opposed to writing it down on scraps of paper. Friday came and our bed arrived as we were told, on Friday afternoon so no issues there. But just the confusion on the phone left me feeling worried that people spending large amounts of money may not be able to have their orders traced. Would I recommend or use them again? Yes I think I would, as the whole experience feels a lot more personal than buying a bed from Ikea and the likes and our mattress and frame is superb quality.
