- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2017-04-07, by matthew humeWent there a while ago and would not go back. Don't know a great deal about cars but went to get 2 tyres and they tried to tell me the others needed doing to. When I got my car back I checked my wheels and on the tyres that got replaced they had swapped my metal dust caps for standard plastic ones. I went back in and asked for them back and after waiting 10 minutes they said that they rolled underneath the tyre machine which is bolted to the floor so I cannot get them back and I will have to buy new ones and send them the bill. I couldn't really care about the caps, they aren't important. Just basic customer service to look after the customers things. And the man at reception seemed very patronising the whole time
